ProValets ("I", "me") is a sole trader based at 13 Lichfield Street, New Brighton, Wallasey CH45 1NF. This policy explains what I do with your information.

What I collect

Only what you give me: your name, phone number, email address if you provide one, your postcode or address, and details about your vehicle. This comes from the quote form on this site, from an email, or from a phone call.

Why I collect it

To quote your job, to arrange an appointment, to turn up at the right place, and to contact you about that work. Nothing else.

Who I share it with

Nobody. Your details are not sold, rented, or passed to third parties for marketing. The quote form is processed by Formspree, which passes the message to my email inbox and does not use it for anything else.

How long I keep it

Contact and job details are kept for as long as you remain a customer and for six years afterwards, which is the standard period for business records in the UK. You can ask me to delete your details sooner.

Cookies

This site sets no tracking cookies and runs no advertising trackers. If analytics are added in future, this policy will be updated first.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask to see what I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Email provalets@hotmail.co.uk or ring 07588 738680 and I will deal with it within one month.

Complaints

If you are unhappy with how I have handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
